Since 2000, Eckles Construction Services has served clients in Western Pennsylvania providing construction management, project representation, and construction administration. ECS has the capabilities to provide guidance throughout the pre-construction, bidding, construction, and post-construction phases.

Firm President John Pappas is involved in nearly every project which allows Eckles Construction Services the ability to offer services including (but not limited to): project phasing and sequencing, constructability reviews, facility planning, on-site supervision, critical path scheduling and cost-estimating. In addition, the team has extensive experience assisting architects and engineers in the preliminary stages of planning and design.

The current ECS staff has over 130 years of combined construction experience and has worked as a team since 2008. Dedicated to client satisfaction, ECS oversees projects to ensure they are completed on schedule, and on budget.

Eckles Construction Services has the ability to manage projects ranging from minor upgrades to new educational facilities and comprehensive additions / renovations projects. Headquartered in New Castle, PA, ECS has developed long-standing relationships with several local school districts and is able to serve clients in Pittsburgh and the surrounding regions.
